This us a user guide for a waitlist startup to show users how to add videos on their waitlist pages.

Problem Space & Business Needs

• Users needed to be able to add videos to their waitlist pages.
• There was a lack of documentation to guide users through the process.
• simplified client-facing documentation to support business scalability and efficiency.

My Role & Deliverables

• Created the user guides and made them available on the startup's website.
• Referenced the user guides in overall documentation.

Outcomes & Business Impact

• Reduced support tickets for users.
• Increased the number of waitlist pages created.
