Project Overview

This was a concept note I wrote on Kubernetes QoS for the Sematext group glossary page. This document explains the concept of QoS from definition,classes, and how to them on your application. It also includes Sematext features that configure and manage your QoS monitoring with ease.

Problem Space & Business Needs

• There was no documentation on QoS that supported Sematext new QoS features.
• There was no handson tutorial that users can use to use the new features to configure the QoS using Sematext.

My Role & Deliverables

• Research and write about Kubernetes QoS from the basics to advanced users.
• Collaborate with Sematext enginneers working on the feature to verify the information was correct.
• Insert illustrations and code to ensure better understanding for users.
• Link the information to Sematext QoS feature.

Outcomes & Business Impact

• A new document explaining Kubernetes QoS and it's relation to the Sematext QoS feature for the glossary.
• Users to understand the Qos concept before configuring Sematext's QoS feature.
